Illiteracy impedes the way of development , no progress can be achieved by illiterate people , illiteracy is spread among people of poor communities , it is associated with poverty , people who can’t read or write hardly have any job, they always depend on the others to lead their life we consider them passive citizens,meanwhile the educated person is always independent , he can work and develop his community, the government are always trying to solve this problem throughout the plan to educate the illitrate especially in the countryside areas .
